Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of West 73rd Street, form 8th Avenue Northwest to 15th Avenue Northwest; Eli Avenue Northwest from West 70th Street to West 73rd Street; and 13th Avenue Northwest, from West 73rd Street to West 75th Street, all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1193 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
