Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Comstock Street, in the City of Seattle, from 1st Avenue North to Queen Anne Avenue, by grading and curbing the same, by constructing concrete sidewalks and stairways, and the necessary drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1169 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
