Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Olive Street from the alley between 9th Avenue and Terry Avenue to Melrose Avenue; Howell Street, from Terry Avenue to the alley east of Howard Street; Stewart Street, form the alley between 8th Avenue to Denny Way; 9th Avenue, from Westlake Avenue to Howell Street; Terry Avenue, from Denny Way to Pine Street; Boren Avenue, from Stewart Street to Pine Street; and Howard Avenue, form Stewart Street to Melrose Avenue; all in the City of Seattle by grading and re-grading the same, the construction of all necessary bulkheads and retaining walls, the reconstruction of all sewers where necessary, and re- sidewalking and by making proper approaches where necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1158 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
