Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue South between Seattle Boulevard and the south margin of Holgate Street; and Connecticut Street, between Seattle Boulevard and the west margin of Oriental Avenue, all in the City of Seattle by filling the same to the established grade, all in accordance with Resolution No. 1118 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
