Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Twelfth Avenue and Twelfth Avenue South, from East Denny Way to Jackson Street, and East Union Street, from Broadway to Twelfth Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, as public streets and highways, over and across certain lots, blocks and unplatted land in said City, and providing for the changing and establishing of the grades of Tenth Avenue, from East Pine Street to East Madison Street; Eleventh Avenue, from East Denny Way to East Marion Street; Twelfth Avenue and Twelfth Avenue South, from East Denny Way to Jackson Street, and East Union Street, from Broadway to Thirteenth Avenue, and other connecting streets and avenues, all in the City of Seattle, and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of said avenues and street, and for the changing and establishing of the grade of said avenues and streets; and other connecting streets and avenues; and for the grading and regrading of said avenues and streets; and other connecting streets and avenues, in conformity with such established grades; and for the construction of all necessary slopes for cuts and fills upon property abutting upon said avenues and streets, and providing for the payment of such improvement by special assessment upon property benefited, in the manner provided by law; and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
