Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of Charles Street, from the east line of Block Three (3), Charles' Addition to the City of Seattle, to the west margin of Twenty-eight Avenue South, as platted in Hicks' Addition to the City of Seattle; and Twenty-seventh Avenue South and Twenty-eighth Avenue South, each from the south margin of Dearborn Street to the north margin of Charles Street, all in the City of Seattle; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing for the payment for such improvement by special assessment upon property benefited, in the manner provided by law.
