Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of Twenty-second Avenue in the City of Seattle, from the north line of East Olive Street, across unplatted laid in Section Thirty-three (33), Township Twenty-five (25) North of Range Four (4) East W. M., to the southerly line of East Madison Street, as platted in Block Four (4), Carr's Addition to the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose, and for an assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation.
