Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the grade of Mercer Street, in the City of Seattle, from Boren Avenue North to Terry Avenue North, and approaches thereto, and providing for the damaging of the land and other property necessary in the grading and regrading of said street and the approaches thereto in conformity with such established grades and in the construction of the necessary slopes and retaining walls for cuts and fills upon the real property abutting on said street and approaches therto; and providing for the ascertainment and payment of just compensation to be made for property and property rights damaged for said purpose; and for an assessment upon the property benefited, for the purpose of making such compensation and paying the costs of such proceedings, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
