Title

An Ordinance providing for the opening, widening, extending and establishing of Leary Avenue, in the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway, from the intersection of Leary Avenue and Market Street to the north margin of West Forty-second Street, and changing and establishing the grades of said Avenue; and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary in the grading and regrading of said Leary Avenue in conformity with such established grades, and in the construction of the necessary slopes and retaining walls, for cuts and fills upon the real property abutting on said Avenue, and providing for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the property and property rights taken or damaged for such purposes, and for an assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation and paying the cost of such proceedings, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict therewith.
