Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of Ninth Avenue South, in the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway, over and across certain portions of Block Two (2), H. L. Yesler's First Addition to the City of Seattle, and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary in the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of said Ninth Avenue South, and providing for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the property and property rights to be taken or damaged for such purposes, and for an assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation and paying the cost of such proceedings, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
