Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alleys in Block Fourteen (14), in an addition to the town (now City) of Seattle, as laid out on the Claims of C. D. Boren, A. A. Denny and H. L. Yesler, and in Block Eleven (11) in the plat of the town (now City) of Seattle, as laid out on the claims of C. D. Boren and A. A. Denny, being the alleys between Second Avenue and Third Avenue, from Madison Street to Seneca Street, by grading and paving the same with vitrified brick, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with such sewers, catch basins and other appurtenances as may be necessary, in accordance with Resolution No. 1056 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
