Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Bagley Avenue and Corliss Avenue, each from North Forty-first Street to the north line of Baltimore Addition to the City of Seattle; Sunnyside Avenue, from North Forty-fifth Street to North Fiftieth Street; Eastern Avenue, from North Forty-fifth Street to the north line of Baltimore Addition to the City of Seattle; North Forty-first Street, from Meridian Avenue to Eastern Avenue; North Forty-fourth Street, from Meridian Avenue to First Avenue Northeast; East Forty-fourth Street, from First Avenue Northeast to Fifth Avenue Northeast, and North Forty-sixth Street, from Meridian Avenue to Second Avenue Northeast; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, together with all necessary drainage, in accordance with Resolution No. 1032 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
