Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Madison Street, in the City of Seattle, from Third Avenue to Sixth Avenue, by paving the same with sandstone blocks, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and including such sewers and water mains and their appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, in accordance with Resolution No. 1004 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
