Title

An Ordinance providing for the changing and establishing of the grades of Third Avenue Northwest, from the south marginal line, produced east, of Block Five (5), Ross' Addition to the City of Seattle, to the south marginal line of West Kilbourne Street; and West Kilbourne Street, from Third Avenue Northwest to the east marginal line of First Avenue Northwest, all in the City of Seattle, and providing for the changing and establishing of the grades of the alleys in Block One (1) and Two (2), Denny and Hoyt's Addition to the City of Seattle, where the same interest the north marginal line of said West Kilbourne Street; and providing for the taking and damaging of all land and other property necessary in the grading and regrading of said Third Avenue Northwest and West Kilbourne Street and said alleys, and of the approaches to said streets, avenues, and alleys, in conformity with such established grades, and in the construction of the necessary slopes and retaining walls for cuts and fills upon the real property abutting upon said streets, avenues, alleys and approaches thereto, and providing for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the property and property rights to be taken or damaged for such purposes, and for an assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation, and paying the cost of such proceedings, and repealing all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith.
