Title

An Ordinance for grading and sidewalking Joy and Black Streets in the City of Seattle, from Knight Street to Depot Street in said City, and to create a local improvement district for the payment therefor, and that said payment shall be by immediate payment, as prescribed in Section eight of Article eight of the Freeholders' Charter.
