Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 3rd Avenue, from James Street to Pike Street, by grading the same, by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon, all in accordance with Resolution No. 920 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
