Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Florentia Street in the City of Seattle from Westlake Avenue to the east margin of 1st Avenue North, by grading the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 33278 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
