Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 6th Avenue South from the intersection of Weller Street to Seattle Boulevard; Seattle Boulevard from 6th Avenue South on the north to 6th Avenue South on the south; and 6th Avenue South, from Seattle Boulevard to Connecticut Street, by constructing a pile bridge, all in accordance with Resolution No. 928 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
