Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 20th Avenue North, from East Roy Street to East Prospect Street, and East Prospect Street from 17th Avenue North to 20th Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing concrete curbs, with granite or armored concrete corners and brick gutters; including all grading and re-grading; the repairing, alteration and construction of concrete sidewalks together with the construction of all sewers, and water mains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district all in accordance with Resolution No. 521 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
