Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East 38th Street from 10th Avenue Northeast to Brooklyn Avenue, in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and constructing brick gutters, concrete curbs, with granite or armored concrete corners, and by constructing water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 33908 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
