An ordinance authorizing Pettit and Son, Inc, the right and privilege to improve the south half of Plum Street, in the City of Seattle, from 31st Avenue South to 34th Avenue South, all lying in Pettit-Brown Lake View Addition No. 1, to the City of Seattle by grading, curbing and laying concrete sidewalks at their own cost and expense.
