Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of North 45th Street, form the west line of Motor Line Addition to the City of Seattle, for Fremont Avenue, all in the City of Seattle as a public street and highway, across certain blocks, lots, tracts and parcels of land in said city; and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of said North 45th Street, and providing for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the property and property rights taken or damaged for said purposes; and for an assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation and paying the cost of such proceedings.
