Title

An ordinance providing for the laying off, opening, widening, extending and establishing of McClellan Street, in the City of Seattle, from Rainier Avenue to 30th Avenue South, as platted in Mount Baker Park Addition, to the City of Seattle, in Section 9, Township 24 North, Range 4 East, W.M., providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor and providing that the cost of said improvement shall be paid by special assessment upon the property specially benefited in the manner provided by law.
