Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Railroad Avenue, in the City of Seattle from Main Street to King Street, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 855 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
