Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 11th Avenue West, from West Blaine Street to West Galer Street; West Galer Street, from 11th Avenue West to the alley between 11th Avenue West and 10th Avenue West; the alley between 11th Avenue West and 10th Avenue West, from West Galer Street to West Lee Street; and West Lee Street, from the alley between 11th Avenue West and 10th Avenue West, all in the City of Seattle by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 798 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
