Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Pine Court, from a point one hundred forty-five (145) feet north of Crescent Drive to Madrona Drive; Madrona Drive, from Pine Court to Twenty-first Avenue North and from a point thirty (30) feet northeasterly from the intersection of Twenty-second Avenue North and Madrona Drive to Twenty-fourth Avenue North; Crescent Drive, from a point ninety (90) feet east of Twenty-first Avenue North to Twenty-fourth Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers thereon, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and other appurtenances, in accordance with Resolution No. 736 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
