Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twelfth Avenue South, in the City of Seattle, from Jackson Street to Norman Street, by planking the same with four-inch by twelve-inch planks, sixteen feet long; providing, however, that twenty-five (25) per cent of the cost thereof shall be born by the General Fund, and forty (40) per cent of the remainder by the abutting property on the east side of the improvement and sixty (60) per cent of the remainder by the abutting property on the west side of the improvement, in accordance with Resolution No. 762 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
