Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Madison Street, in the City of Seattle, from First Avenue to Second Avenue, by paving the same with sandstone blocks, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with granite curbs, and by laying such additions to the existing sewer and water main systems as may be necessary, in accordance with Resolution No. 763 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
