An Ordinance providing for the laying off and establishing of an alley between East Union Street and East Pike Street, in Block Two (2) of McKenzie & Dempsey's Lake Washington Addition to the City of Seattle as a public street and highway; the same to be sixteen (16) feet in width, extending from said East Union Street to said East Pike Street.
