Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twentieth Avenue South, from a point one hundred twenty (120) feet north of Plum Street to Massachusetts Street; Grand Street, from Twentieth Avenue South from the south, to Twentieth Avenue South to the north, and Massachusetts Street, from Twentieth Avenue South to Rainier Avenue South to Rainier Avenue, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and other appurtenances, in accordance with Resolution No. 745 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
