Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Jefferson Street, in the City of Seattle, from Third Avenue to Fourth Avenue, by paving the same with sandstone blocks, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and by constructing brick gutters, granite curbs and concrete sidewalks, and by making such extensions as may be necessary to the existing water mains system, in accordance with Resolution No. 755 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
