Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, widening, extending and establishing of Thirty-seventh Avenue South and Byron Street; and the laying off, opening, extending and establishing of Hunter Boulevard, Cascadia Avenue, Lakewood Avenue and the alley lying between Blocks 48 and 57, Mt. Baker Park Addition to the City of Seattle, as public streets and highways over and across certain portions of an unplatted tract of land lying north of Block 41, 48, 57, 64 and 68, said addition, and the north line of said blocks produced; and providing for the taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose, and for an assessment upon the property benefited for the purpose of making such compensation.
