Title

An Ordinance granting to the Puget Sound Improvement Company, et al, the right, privilege, and authority to improve the alley between Columbia Street and Marion Street, in Block Seven (7), Boren and Denny's Addition to the City of Seattle, by paving with vitrified brick, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, in accordance with plans to be furnished by the City Engineer, at their own cost and expense.
