Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Fifteenth Street, from the intersection of Phinney Avenue on the north to Fremont Avenue; North Forty-ninth Street, North Forty-eighth Street, North Forty-seventh Street, North Forty-sixth Street and North Forty-fifth Street, each from Phinney Avenue to Fremont Avenue; Fremont Avenue, from North Fiftieth Street to a point one hundred twenty (120) feet south of the south margin of North Thirty-ninth Street, and North Thirty-ninth Street, from Linden Avenue to the west margin of Dayton Avenue on the north, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing therein sewers of proper dimensions and material, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lampholes, flush tanks, catch basins and all other necessary appurtenances, in accordance with Resolution No. 630 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
