Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the alley between Blocks one (1) and two (2), Crown Addition to the City of Seattle, and between Blocks seventeen (17) and eighteen (18), Northern Addition to the City of Seattle, from Garfield Street to Lee Street, by grading the same, in accordance with Resolution No. 584 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
