Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Franklin Avenue, from East Galer Street to East Lynn Street; East Garfield Street, from Eastlake Avenue to Franklin Avenue; East Blaine Street, from Franklin Avenue to Boylston Avenue North; Boylston Avenue North, from East Blaine Street to East Boston Street; East Howe Street, from Boylston Avenue North to North Broadway; Harvard Avenue North, from East Howe Street to a point one hundred twenty (120) feet south of the north line Monroe & Whipple's First Addition to the City of Seattle; and North Broadway, from East Howe Street to East Newton Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of proper dimensions and material, together with all wyes, openings, manholes, lamp holes, flush tanks, catch basins, and other necessary appurtenances, in accordance with Resolution No. 590 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
