Title
	An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Greenwood Avenue, from Kilbourne Street to North Fiftieth Street; Phinney Avenue, from Ewing Street to North Fiftieth Street; Dayton Avenue, from Kilbourne Street to North Fiftieth Street; Evanston Avenue, from Bowdoin Place to North Fiftieth Street; Sunset Place, from Kilbourne Street to Thirty-ninth Street; and from North Forty-second Street to North Forty-fifth Street; North and West Thirty-ninth Street, from the Government Canal to Fremont Avenue; Bowdoin Place, from Third Avenue Northwest to Greenwood Avenue; and from Phinney Avenue to Dayton Avenue; West Fortieth Street, from the Government Canal to Third Avenue Northwest, North Forty-second Street, North Forty-fourth Street, North Forty-fifth Street and North Fiftieth Street, each from Greenwood Avenue to Fremont Avenue; Palatine Avenue, from Kilbourne Street to North Thirty-ninth Street; First Avenue Northwest, from the Government Canal to Bowdoin Place; Second Avenue Northwest, from Kilbourne Street to Bowdoin Place; and North Forty-third Street, from Greenwood Avenue to Phinney Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, in accordance with Resolution No. 546 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
