An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Fourth Avenue Northeast and Hillman Place, each from East Sixty-fifth Street to East Green Lake Boulevard; Weeden Place, from East Sixty-fifth Street to East Seventieth Street; East Sixty-fifth Street, from Weeden Place to Latona Avenue; East Seventieth Street, from Woodlawn Avenue to Fifth Avenue Northeast; East Seventy-first Street and East Seventy-second Street, each from East Green Lake Boulevard to Fifth Avenue Northeast; East Seventy-third Street, from Maple Leaf Place to Fifth Avenue Northeast; Maple Leaf Place, from East Green Lake Boulevard to Fifth Avenue Northeast; Fifth Avenue Northeast, from East Seventieth Street to East Seventy-seventh Street; Latona Avenue, from East Green Lake Boulevard to East Seventy-seventh Street; First Avenue Northeast, from Woodlawn Avenue to North and East Seventy-seventy Street; Sunnyside Avenue from East Green Lake Boulevard to North Seventy-seventh Street; Bagley Avenue, from East Green Lake Boulevard to North Seventy-seventh Street; Home Place, from East Green Lake Boulevard to Crescent Place; all of Olympic Court lying to the eastward of East Green Lake Boulevard; Crescent Place, from Olympic Court to Bagley Avenue; North and East Seventy-seventh Street, from East Green Lake Boulevard to Fifth Avenue Northeast, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, in accordance with Resolution No. 547 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
