Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of South Shilshole Place, as a public street and highway, over and across certain unplatted portions of Section Ten (10), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East, W. M., and over and across certain portions of Block Eighteen (18) Lawton Park Addition to the City of Seattle; and providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of a public street and highway over and across certain unplatted portions of Section Eleven (11), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East, W. M., lying between Latona Park Addition to the City of Seattle and Gilman's Addition to the City of Seattle; and providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of Emerson Street, in the City of Seattle, as a public street and highway over and across certain lands lying between Twentieth Avenue West and the easterly line of the right-of-way of the Northern Pacific Railway; and providing for the laying off, extending and establishing of public streets and highways, over and across certain portions of Block Forty-seven (47), Gilman's Addition to the City of Seattle, Block Thirteenth (13), Ross' Second Addition to the City of Seattle, the right-of-way of the Northern Pacific Railway, certain unplatted portions of Section Thirteen (13), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East, W. M., an unnumbered Block in Denny and Hoyt's Addition to the City of Seattle; and providing for the taking and damaging of lands and other property necessary therefor, and for the ascertainment and payment of the just compensation to be made for the private property to be taken or damaged for said purpose, of making such compensation.
