Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Third Avenue, from Pine Street to Yesler Way; Prefontaine Place, from Yesler Way to Washington Street; and Fourth Avenue South, from Washington Street to Jackson Street, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line on each side of said Place, Streets and Avenues, together with the installation of such poles, conduits, wires and other appurtenances as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system, in accordance with Resolution No. 487 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 6, 1899.
