Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Second Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from Virginia Street Cedar Street, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb in on each side of said avenue, together with the installation of such poles, conduits and wires as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system, in accordance with Resolution No. 451 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," under the provisions of Ordinance No. 5693 of said city, approved December 8, 1899.
