An Ordinance granting to Geo. W. Dilling, authority and permission to improve, by grading, constructing concrete sidewalks, sewers and water mains, with all appurtenances, on certain portions of Thirty-fifth Avenue, Scenic Place, and Thirty-sixth Avenue, all in Scenic Heights Addition to the City of Seattle No. 2, at his own proper cost and expense.
