Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 4th Avenue South, from Seattle Boulevard at Lane Street to Andover Street; produced; thence along Andover Street to 8th Avenue South, by constructing a plank roadway thereon 40 feet wide, and wooden sidewalks 6 feet in width on both sides thereof, all in accordance with Resolution No. 444 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
