Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 2, Boren and Denny's Addition to the Town (now City) of Seattle, being the alley between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue, from James Street to Jefferson Street, by paving the same with brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation , all in accordance with Resolution No. 428 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
