Title

An ordinance providing for the improvement of Fairview Avenue, from Denny Way to Aloha Street; Thomas Street, from Minor Avenue North to Fairview Avenue; Harrison Street, from Minor Avenue North to Westlake Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regrading the same, all in accordance with elevations established by Ordinance 12823, and by Ordinance No. 13699, and by constructing wooden curbs and gutters, and including as a necessary part of said work, the construction of all necessary slopes or retaining walls for cuts and fills, the construction of approaches where necessary and the reconstruction, alteration and extension of the existing sewer system, in accordance with Resolution No. 382 of the City Council of the City of Seattle.
