Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 16th Avenue North and 17th Avenue North, each from East Galer Street to East Garfield Street; 18th Avenue North from East Prospect Street to East Galer Street; 19th Avenue and 19th Avenue North, each from East Madison Street to East Galer Street; 20th Avenue North from East Prospect Street to East Galer Street; 21st Avenue North and 22nd Avenue North each from East Roy Street to East Galer Street; 23rd Avenue North from East Roy Street to East Prospect Street; Grandview Place, from East Galer Street to East Garfield Street; East Garfield Street from 15th Avenue North to 17th Avenue North; East Galer Street from 15th Avenue North to 22nd Avenue North; East Highland Drive from 17th Avenue North to 22nd Avenue North; East Prospect Street from 20th Avenue North to 23rd Avenue North; East Aloha Street and East Roy Street, each from 18th Avenue North to 23rd Avenue North; East Mercer Street, East Republican Street, East Harrison Street, East Thomas Street, East John Street, East Denny Way, East Howell Street and East Madison Street, each from 18th Avenue North to 19th Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by constructing concrete curbs with granite corners and brick gutters; including all grading and re-grading; the repairing, alteration and construction of concrete sidewalks where necessary; together with the construction of all water mains and sewers, with appurtenances, necessary for the proper water service, fire protection, sewerage and drainage of said district (provided however, that where the grades exceed 10% the pavement shall be of sandstone blocks, laid upon a proper concrete foundation) all in accordance with Resolution No. 342 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
