Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Boren Avenue North, from Denny Way to Mercer Street, all in the City of Seattle by grading and curbing the same, all in accordance with Resolution No. 380 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
