Introduced as Council Bill 1833

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Railroad Avenue, from the south margin of Massachusetts Street to the Northeast corner of block 371, Seattle Tide Lands; also a branch connecting with said roadway; and leading to the north margin of lot 16, block 370, Seattle Tide Lands; all in the City of Seattle by constructing a plank roadway therein 20 feet in width; all in accordance with Resolution No. 262 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
