Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Eastlake Avenue, in the City of Seattle, from Almy Street to 12th Avenue North, by grading, re-grading, curbing and guttering the same, and by constructing approaches to different cross streets intersecting Eastlake Avenue, between Almy Street and 12th Avenue North to such distance back from Eastlake Avenue as may be necessary; and by grading and re-grading Eastlake Avenue and said intersecting cross streets wherever necessary so that they shall conform to the respective elevations above city datum, as established by Ordinance No. 12686, and including the construction of all necessary slopes and retaining walls for cuts and fills, all in accordance with Resolution No. 280 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
