Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 5th Avenue North in the City of Seattle, from Harrison Street to Roy Street, by grading and re-grading the same to the elevations herein below set forth; by constructing approaches to the different streets intersecting the said street for such distance back as may be necessary; for the construction of all necessary bulkheads and retaining walls and such temporary structures and embankments as may be necessary to provide for the re-grading and re-sidewalking of intersecting streets where rendered necessary in order to provide approaches to the said streets and avenues, graded and re- graded under this Ordinance, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 31025 and providing the payment therefor by the mode of 'Payment by Bonds' as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
